刘小敏艺术简介
1948年8月25日出生，自幼酷爱绘画。北京市人，自1975年至1979年历次北京市职工美术书法摄影展。三次获一等奖，一次二等奖，1978年京津沪三市美术摄影展，中国画《荷塘月色》获中国画一等奖第一名。1976年创作中国画“朝晖”进入对外友好协会办“现代中国画展”，在日本、东欧等国展出，1980年作品《风荷》参加北京青年美术作品展并在美术杂志发表，1989年在中国国际航空公司执笔创作大型国画“百鸟朝凤”获中国美协、中国民航总局举办的中国民航职工美术书法摄影作品展获特别奖。书法瘦金书获书法一等奖。
1984年，游河北正定大佛寺，为中国佛教艺术震撼心声，开始研究中国佛教书画艺术。1993年于北京法源寺皈依佛门，法号“慧敏”。此后，潜心研究佛教书画艺术20多年。2000年9月，佛教绘画作品首次亮相，参见全国获奖艺术家作品博览会，获艺术金奖，作品深受海内外佛教界人士称赞。多幅作品被港台及国内高僧大德收藏供养。2004年5月，受聘澳门全球华人联合会，担任澳门全球华人联合会莲花书画院院长。
Liu xlaonmin is an artist in china and he was born on 25th August 1948, he enjoyed art when he was a child. He had got the top honor for three times and the second reward one time at the annual Beijing Worker Art Photography Handwriting-Exhibition during the period of 1975 to 1979.
In 1978, his creation "He tang yue se"(pool lotus sense at night) got the first place in a contest of Bijing-Shanghai-tianjin art photography-exhibition.
The painting named “Zhaohui” (the sunshine in the morning) that he created in 1976 was displayed in Japan and Eastern Europe, at “Modern Chinese painting exhibition” which sponsored by Chinese Foreign Association Agency. His creation “Fenghe” has ever showed on the Beijing Youth Art Exhibition
one of his masterpieces named “Bai Niao chao feng” he painted in CAAC was rewarded as super place at CAAC Staff Art Photography –Exhibition that was held by China Art and CAAC in 1980.
He visited the "Zheng ding Temple" that locates in Hubei province in 1984. Since then, He started to study Chinese Buddha Art in order that people have heart quake for Chinese Buddha Art. In 1993, he stared to believe in Buddha at Beijing Fayuan Temple, got "Huimin" as his Buddhism name.
After l8 year that he studied Buddha art intensively, he put his art show to the people and he got the golden art reward at Nation artists' piece exhibition in September 2000, moreover, he was appointed as the president of Lian hua shu hua yuan that subordinates worldwide Chinese Association in Macao.
In 2003, at the 7th Shanghai Art Fair, his creation named “Fuzaiyanqian" (Face to happiness) has ever displayed with the creation of Nalisa, Diago and Ryon at the same time. They are the top artists in the world.

2003(第七届)上海艺术博览会将于10月28 日—11月2日在上海世贸商城举行。本届上海艺术博览全部展示面积超过1 3000平方米，中外艺术作品之多创历届之最。

由于近年来《思想者》、《大拇指》等雕塑通过上海岂博会的展示平台成功落户上海，使海外画廊对我国艺术市场的这一需求充满了浓厚的兴趣并纷纷携世界大师级的雕塑作品前来参展。数量之多，水准之高，再次刷新了上海艺博会自创办以来的记录。艺博会将再次成为亚洲最大规模的艺术品交流和交易的盛会。
国际化程度再次提升

本届艺博会已不仅仅单纯追求参展国数量的多少，而师注重海外参展画廊的规模和水准。例如韩国的画廊协会，组织的琴山、赵弦、艺脉、清鹊等十多家画廊，均为韩国的项尖画廊，在亚洲也有相当的影响。美国伊曼纽尔一伽弗戈岂术公司也是艺术大师|若阿作品任美国最主要的代理商。日本的几家画廊也是亚洲地区颇具实力的画廊。这意昧着海外一流的画廊已经开始进入中国市场。法国程昕东画廊又将携法国当代重要的雕塑家法国艺术大师让·彼埃·雷诺的著名雕塑作品，高度1．8米，直径为2米的《红色聚宝穑》前来亮相。而且本届艺博会海外参展机构的展位数达50余个，占了一馆展他总数的四分之一．为进一步拓展和延伸上海艺博会功能，打造品牌。艺博会在广开渠道招展的同时．策划举办了“上海艺术博览会画廊邀晴展”。文化部市场司以指导单位的名义参与了本次活动，整个活动吸引了本市和邻近省市共 5000多人观摩，成为今年艺博会的一次前期热身赛。
狄亚戈 贾克梅蒂作品《鸵鸟》
这里特别要作说明的是：原定前来参展的法国著名雕塑家飞诺沙作品《晴空驱敞风暴》和《美的维纳斯》，由于飞诺沙先生的家属已年迈占稀，突患重病，故这两件作品不能前来参展。
