Main Idea: Impartiality keeps politics fair and clear while partiality makes politics dark and unfair.

不接朋党（Not forming cliques）

   春秋时，赵宣子向晋侯推荐韩厥做了中尉。一次战役中，赵宣子的车驾冲撞了行进的队伍。韩厥依法杀了那个车夫。赵宣子不但不怪罪韩厥，还对大夫们谁：“这次韩厥杀了我的车夫，可算是不接朋党了。这证明我的举荐是正确的呀！”大夫们听了深受感动。
   In the Spring and Autumn Period ,Zhao Xuanzi recommended Han Jun to the king of Jin for a general .In a campaign ,Zhao Xuanzi’s carriage crashed into the marching troops .Han Jue had the carriage man killed according to the militatry law.Zhao Xuanzi not only didn’t get angry and blame Han Jue but also said to other officials: “Han Jue executed my carriage man ,that means he hated to form a clique with me .My recommendation has proved absolutely correct.”The officials were deeply moved by his words.
