临官莫如平，临财莫如廉
——刘向《说苑·政理》
格言大意：做官的人一定要公平，面对钱财一定要廉洁。
Main Idea: One had best be impartial when holding a post and be honest when dealing with money.
天知、地知、你知、我知（The heaven ,the earth ,you and I all know this）
东汉时，杨震向朝廷举荐王密为昌邑县令。数年之后，他路过昌邑时，王密亲赴郊外迎接。晚上，王密送黄金给杨震。杨震很生气。王密以为杨震是怕人知道，不料杨震更生气了。面对杨震的清廉，王密羞愧难当，拿起金子谢罪而去。
In the Eastern Han Dynasty ,Yang Zhen recommended Wang Mi for the governer of Changyi Country .Several years later ,Wang Mi met him at the border of the city when Yang Zhen passed Changyi. In the evening ,Wang Mi persented gold to Yang Zhen but Yang became very angry .Wang Mi guessed Yang Zhen was afraid of other’s knowledge .But Yang Zhen got even more angry .Yang Zhen was so honest and upright that Wang Mi felt ashamed of himself .He took the gold and apologized sincerely and left.
