Main Idea:In the history of countries and families ,all those florishing are out thrift and all those waning are out of luxury.

奢华败国（A country destroyed by luxury）

    隋炀帝的生活费城奢华，据说他每天都在建造新的宫殿。他乘坐的龙舟非常气派，里面装饰得富丽堂皇。随行的船有几千艘，前后绵延达二百里。十几年后，国力耗尽，隋朝也随之灭亡了。
   Emperor Yangdi ,the second emperor of the Sui Dynasty led a very luxurious life .It was said that he built new palances everyday. A dragon boat made for his tour was very stylish ,Its inner decorations was splendid .There were thousands of boats teaveling together with the dragon boat ,stretching 200 li along the river.About ten years later, the resources of the country was used up so Sui Dynasty died out.
