取之有度，用之有节，则常足
——《资治通鉴》卷二百三十四
格言大意：有计划地取用，有节制地浪费，就会常保富足。
Main Idea:Levy rationally and consume sparingly,you’ll always keep augmentation of the national treasury.
花钱有度（Control of spending money）
汉文帝崇尚节俭。他在位二十三年，很少增添宫殿、园林、车马、衣服等。有一次，他乡修建一座露台，让工匠预算了一下费用。当听说需要一百两黄金后，他决定不建了。
Emperor Wendi of the Han Dynasty advocated thrift.He was on the throne for twenty-three years during which he seldom increase palaces ,gardens ,carriages ,horses ,clothes ,or other consumptions.Once he wanted to build a tower and asked the craftsman to estimate the cost.When he heard that it would cost a hundred taels of gold ,he decided not to build it.
