由俭入奢易，由奢入俭难
——司马光《训俭示康》
格言大意：从节俭变得奢侈容易，从奢侈转为节俭则困难。
Main Idea :It’s very easy to change from frugality to luxury ,but it is extremely difficult to change from luxury to frugality.
海瑞甘于清贫（Hai Rui willing to lead a simple life）
海瑞斯明代的一个大清官，他生活也很简朴。海瑞平时只穿粗布衣服。给母亲祝寿，也仅买了两斤肉。海瑞死时，家中只有几件衣服和一个破箱子，连安葬的钱也没有，自发给他送葬的人百里不断。
Hai Rui was an honest and upright official in the Ming Dynasty .He led a very simple life.Hai Rui only wore simple and coarse clothes .Even for his mother’s birthday ,he only bought a kilogram of meat .When Hai Rui died ,there were only a few garments and a dilapidated case in his home .He even didn’t leave money for his funeral .Many people came spontaneously to join his funeral procession.
