民生在勤，勤则不匮
——《左传·宣公二十年》
格言大意：老百姓的生计在于辛勤劳作，只有勤于劳作，财务才不会缺乏。
Main Idea: People make a living with diligent work .Only diligent work may bring them a fortune.
为政如耕（Administration like doing farm work）
春秋时，子老到一个地方去上任，他向朋友请教管理方面的经验。朋友问他是否会做农活。种庄稼，耕种、除草如果马虎，收成就不好。管理方面的事也一样，要用心、勤快，不要懒惰、马虎。
In the Spring and Autumn Period , Zilao took up an official post in an area and asked his friends for advice on adminitration .His friend asked him whether he could do farm work. When people are planting crops ,they must not be careless of cultivating or weeding ,otherwise they cannot expect a good harvest .So is the adminitration .You should work hard and attentively .You should not be lazy or careless.
