穷则变，变则通，通则久
——《周易·系辞下》
格言大意：凡事到了尽头就会发生变化，变化就能通达，通达就能长久。
Main Idea: Everything will change when it comes to an end .Change will open a way for it .And the way will keep it going for long.
韩非论变法（Han Fei arguing about reform）
韩非是战国时期发家学派的主要代表。他主张治理国家要面对现实，不因袭古人，变法图强。他认为，远古时代，人们在树上建巢、钻木取火，都是为了面对当时的实际。社会是不断前进的，现在要教导人们守法，不用教他们建巢取火了。
Han Fei was the most important representative of Legalist school in the period of Warring States. He had the idea that a ruler of a country should face reality and make it powerful by reform. Not just follow what ancient people did. He thought that in ancient time, people built houses in trees and made fire by drilling wood because of the reality at that time. But society moved forward continusouly.Now people should be taught not how to built nests and make fire but how to obey laws.
