天变不足畏，祖宗不足法，人言不足恤
——《宋史·王安石列传》
格言大意：天象的变化不必畏惧，祖宗的规矩不一定效法，人们的议论也不需要担心。
Main Idea : It is not necessary to be afraid of changes in asronomical phenomena , to follow rules set by the ancestores or to worry about what people said .
王安石变法(Wang Anshi Reforming)
王安石是北宋政治家、文学家。他两次任宰相，主张变法，富国强兵。王安石倡言：“天变不足畏，祖宗不足法，人言不足恤。”皇帝问他这“三不足”是什么意思。变法触犯了贵族利益，他们联合起来攻击王安石，王安石被迫辞职。
Wang Anshi was a writer and politician in the Northern Song Dynasty .He was appoited as the peime minister twice and wanted to make the country rich and built up its military power through reform . Wang Anshi proposed : “It is not neceesary to be afraid of changes in astronomical phenomena , to follow rules set by the ancestors , or to worry about what people said .” The emperor asked him what he meant by this .The reform went against the nobles’ interest so they allide themselves to attack Wang Anshi .Wang Anshi was forced to resign .
