鲍叔牙荐管仲（Bao Shuya recommending Guan Zhong）

    齐国的管仲鹤鲍叔牙从小就是好朋友。他们一起做生意，管仲经常多分财利。鲍叔牙不认为他贪婪，知道他家境贫寒。长大后，他们各自辅佐一位齐国的公子。鲍叔牙辅佐的公子做了国君，他就举荐被俘的管仲。管仲对鲍叔牙对自己的理解和赏识非常感动。当时人们不称赞管仲的贤能，而却称赞鲍叔牙的知人。
    Guan Zhong and Bao Shuya of Qi had been friends since childhood .They used to do business together and Guan Zhong often took more shares of the profits, but Bao Shuya didn’t think he was greedy because he knew Guan Zhong’s family was poor. When they grew up, each of them assisted a prince of Qi.The one assisted by Bao Shuya became king and he recommended Guan Zhong ,who was then in prison to the king .Guan Zhong was deeply moved by Bao Shuya’s understanding and admiration of him .At that time ,people didn’t praise Guan Zhong’s ability and talent but praised Bao Shuya’s understanding of people.
