天将降大任于人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为
——《孟子·告子下》
格言大意：上天将要把重大的使命交给一个人的时候，一定先使他的心志受苦，身体劳累，忍饥挨饿，肌肤消瘦，做事情总是不如意。
Main Idea: When the god wants to assign an important mission to a man , he must first let him suffer both spiritually and physically ,be exhausted and hungry ,be in trouble all the time .
重耳流亡（Chong er in exile）
春秋时，重耳在登上王位之前，曾经在外流亡十九年，受尽了磨难。有一次，他和随从向一个农夫乞讨，农夫只给他们一个土块。重耳很生气。后来，重耳成为晋国的国军。他努力治国，一点儿也不敢懈怠。晋国很快强盛起来。
In the Spring and Autumn Period ,before Chong er became the King ,be had been in exile for nineteen years ,going through trials and tribulations.Once he and his followers begged their bread from a farmer,who only gave them a piece of earth .Chong er was very angry . Later he became the king of Jin .He did his best to govern the country well without any slackness .The State of Jin soon became powerful and prosperous.
