格言大意：人一定要懂得礼以后才会产生恭敬之心，产生恭敬之心以后才会懂得尊敬他人，礼让他人。

Main Idea: A feeling of respect only comes from an understanding of good manners. Only with the feeling of respect will a person esteem others and give precedence to others.

程门立雪（Standing in snow the gate of Master Cheng’s）

   宋代人杨时，有一次和同学一起去向他们的老师程颐请教问题。老师正在休息。两个人不愿意惊动他，就站在门口耐心等候。程颐醒来后，发现门外已经下了厚厚的一层雪。
   Yang Shi, a man in the Song Dynasty, once went together with a schoolmate to ask their teacher, Cheng Yi, for advice. Their teacher was taking a nap and they didn’t want to disturb him so they stood at the door and waited patiently .When Cheng Yi woke up, he found that it was covered with a thick layer of snow outside.
