盛年不重来，一日难再晨。及时当勉励，岁月不待人。

格言大意：人生青壮年时代不会再来，一天之中也不会有第二个早晨。趁着大好时光赶紧努力，岁月可是不等人啊！
Main Idea: One isn’t able to go back to one’s youth once more. There won’t be a second morning in a day. Time waits for no man; we should work as hard as possible when we are still young.
苏秦锥刺股（Su Qin alerting himself with an awl）
战国时有一个人叫苏秦，学习非常刻苦。读书时，他把锥子放在旁边，如果困了，就用锥子扎自己的大腿，他把睡意赶跑，又继续苦读。他珍惜时间，努力学习，终于学业有成。
There was a man named Su Qin in the Warring States Period. He studied very hard. When he was reading, he put an awl beside him. If he felt sleepy, he would stab the awl into his buttocks .After he drove away the drowsiness, he continued to study hard. He valued his time and studied hard. As a result, he became a man of great achievement.
