格言大意：站在深水池边上希望得到鱼，还不如回去赶快编织渔网。
Main Idea: Sooner than stand by the pond coveting the fish, one should go home to weave a net.

齐宣王让孟子给他讲一讲善政是什么样子的。孟子就讲了周文王的故事。听了孟子的一番话后，齐宣王不禁对善政有些向往，孟子趁机劝导他。可是，齐宣王并不愿亲自实行善政。
King Xuanwang of Qi asked Mencius to describe what a fine government was like. Mencius told him the story of King Wenwang of Zhou. After Mencius finished his story, I Xuanwang couldn’t help dreaming about a fine government. Mencius took the chance to give him some words of advice. However, Qi Xuanwang was not really willing to carry out the fine government himself.
