先义而后利者荣，先利而后义者辱。
——《荀子·荣辱》
格言大意：把义放在利之前的人光荣，把利放在义之前的人耻辱。
Main Idea: It is honorable to put morality before self-interest and it is a shame conversely.
范蠡好行其德(Fan Li enjoyed doing good deeds)
春秋时，范蠡时越国有名的政治家，辞官以后，他到齐国去经商。他取财有道，而且赚钱后做了很多善事，受到大家的称赞。司马迁在《史记》里称赞他，说是他既富有而又“好行其德”。
In the Spring and Autumn Perod, Fan Li was a famous politician in Yue.After he resifned, he went to Qi to de business. He adhered to his principles in making money and did a lot of good deeds with the money. He was praised by everyone.Sima Qian praised him in the Shi Ji that although he was wealthy he enjoy doing good deeds.
